Description:
This balanced and elegant wine is produced solely with grapes of the Tempranillo variety that the winery owns in Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos).
It has a bright cherry colour and its aroma reminds to vanilla, red fruits and lactic together with very subtle notes of leather and liquorice developed during its ageing process for 12 months in French oak casks.
It is recommended to uncork and decant the wine an hour before its consumption at a temperature between 16ș to 18șC.
