Embruix is a fine example of the wines being produced by Vall Llach winery. It is owned by the celebrated Catalan singer-songwriter, Lluis Llach, which has become one of the leading cellars of the D.O. Priorat. It is made with Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot and has an ageing period of 16 months in French oak casks.

The complexity of this wine spans from ripen red fruits and candied aromas to mineral and soil hints that reveal the slate lands in which the Priorat vineyards grow.

It goes well with mature cheeses, cold meats (embutidos) and hearty dishes such as stews.
