The star wine of this Galician winery is very much appreciated both for its outstanding personality and aromatic complexity. The reason behind it is the clever combination of three different types of grapes: Albariño (70%) completed with Loureiro and Caiño Blanco.

The aromas of white fruits and orange zest blend with balsamic and floral notes. It is a fresh and meaty wine with a pleasant hint of acidity.

It is ideal to drink with fish or shellfish. The recommended serving temperature is between 10ºC to 12ºC.
