This elegant and fresh wine pays tribute to the founder of the José Pariente winery in Valladolid. It is made with 100% Verdejo and presents all the main characteristics of this variety: intense and pleasant aromas of critics and tropical fruits, with a full richness and slightly bitter taste.

It goes well with fish, shellfish and rice dishes. It is also an excellent wine to have as an aperitif or with fairly mild cheeses.
