This is a harmonious and fruity wine to go with cold meats (embutidos), cured and semi-cured cheeses and all types of meats especially game.

It is made with the varieties Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and it goes through an aging process of 12 months in oak casks and 12 more months in bottle. It boasts a bright ruby red colour, aromas of ripen fruit and also vanilla and cinnamon that reveal its oak and finally, a smooth and balanced taste. The recommended serving temperature is 18ºC.
