Description:
This is an excellent example of the Castilian wines that are currently being produced. It is made with 85% Tempranillo and 15% Syrah and an ageing period of 16 months in French and American oak casks. The result is an opulent and balanced wine with a fragrant aroma of red fruits and aromatic herbs. It is elegant and fruity to the palate.
It is excellent with Castilian hearty dishes such as roasted lamb or stewed bull’s tail.
