This traditional vermouth is made using a formula dating back to the beginning of the last century and includes an infusion prepared with over 120 aromatic plants macerated for at least a year. The varieties of grape used are Garnatxa and Macabeo and the end result is an aromatic, smooth vermouth with a slightly bitter taste. Best served cold at 8 to 10ºC.
