Description:
Conceived as a remedy to digestive disorders, the Pacharán has been for a long time a common after dinner treat.
It is obtained from the maceration of wild plums using traditional methods. At the end of the summer these berries are at their best. So they are collected and macerated in oak barrels with some anis and sugar.
The result is a digestive liqueur of an attractive red colour and refined aromas and taste of fruit.
