This fragrant Manzanilla sherry has a characteristic dry and fresh taste and it has been produced using only ´Palomino fino´ grapes. Its “crianza” or ageing of more than 3 years in American oak barrels contributes to polish its exquisite aroma and bouquet. It must be served chilled and it is an excellent aperitif accompanied by iberico ham, olives, shellfish, dishes with vinegar, etc.

It has been awarded the Silver Medal at the International Wine Challenge London ’04.
