Description:
Since 1880 Mari Mayans makes this liqueur typical of Ibiza by a wise combination of distilled, macerations and infusions of aromatic plants that can be found in the island. The exact formula remains a secret although some of its ingredients are known: anise, thyme, rosemary and orange and lemon peels.
It is recommended to serve this digestive very cold, with or without ice.
