Young and fresh cava, very fruity. Must be served chilled: it is ideal to drink with some snacks, a light meal or a desert. Minimum ageing of 15 months, which adds a subtle touch of yeast to its taste. It is produced by the Elias family with Macabeu (25%), Xarel·lo (25%), Parellada (40%) and Chardonnay (10%) grape varieties.
