This cava has an ever increasing fan base who truly appreciates its balanced and suggestive composition. It contains a minimum percentage of Chardonnay grapes - enough to remind us of French champagne- although the local varieties Xarel.lo (50%) y Macabeo (40%) are mainly used in the production of this Gramona Imperial.

It is a versatile and harmonious cava in which the toasted and nutty aromas acquired during its aging period of 3 to 4 years can be clearly perceived. It goes well with all kind of dishes.
