This cava has been produced solely with Macabeo grapes obtained from old vineyards cultivated in three states scattered throughout the famous cava region of Alt Penedès. After two years of ´crianza´ (ageing period), the result is an exquisite cava of fruity aroma. It is ideal to drink it cold as an aperitif or with any dish (particularly foie) or dessert.
