Agusti Torello Mata winery delights us with this pleasant and exquisite cava brut. It is made exclusively with grapes of the Trepat variety which gives fresh, light and fruity rosé wines and cavas. It has a minimum ageing period of 16 months.

Its attractive cherry pink colour, delicate bubbles and wild berries –mainly strawberry- aroma, make of this cava an excellent accompaniment to fruity desserts. It is also excellent as an aperitif and goes well with white fish and rice dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 6ºC.
