Fideuá with squid
Description:
This a typical fisherman dish served in the best seafood restaurants that can now be enjoyed at home. Just Married presents this traditional squid fideuá cooked on a slow heat to make sure its taste is exquisite.

The tiny noodles –known as fideos in Spanish- have been slowly cooked and the squid roasted and set aside. And of course, a sauté of tomato and onion and a consistent stock are also fundamental in this wonderful dish. Ah, and also patience as the chefs rapidly point out!

To prepare it at home could not be easier. Pour the content of the tin into a casserole and once it boils add the noddles. Let it boil for about 10 minutes and set aside for a couple of minutes before serving. It will seem like an eternity if you are anywhere near the casserole and happen to smell the delicious flavours that come out of this mouth-watering homemade fideuá.
