Black rice with squid
Ingredients:
Natural stock (water, monkfish, crab, spider crab, fish, chicken, carrot, leek, salt, sunflower oil, celery and paprika), rice, squid, onion sauté, tomato sauté (sugar, citric acid), black rice sauté, allioli (garlic mix) and picada (almonds and bread). It contains gluten, egg and shellfish.

Description:
This tasty rice dish will make an excellent main course whenever you need to prepare an improvised lunch or dinner for friends or family.

It has a strong but pleasant taste thanks to the stock, the tomato sauté, the allioli (garlic sauce) and of course the squid and its ink that confers to this dish its characteristic black colour.

This dish meets all the expectations placed in a traditional recipe so popular in the Mediterranean coast. Simply delicious.

To prepare it at home, pour the content of the tin into a casserole and once it boils, add the rice. Let it boil for about 16 minutes in a low heat and stir it from time to time. Finally, set aside for a couple of minutes before serving. And ready to eat!
