Description:
One traditional way to eat Piquillo peppers from Lodosa is cooked with garlic in olive oil. This dish makes a perfect tapa. They also go well with meat and game. Simply pour the contents into an ovenproof pan and heat it over a low flame. Alternatively, it can be heated in a bain-marie, but never in a microwave as it would lose much of its quality and taste.
