Description:
Restaurante Eutimio is a renowned restaurant located in Lastres, a beautiful Asturias town by the sea. It is run by Eutimio Busta and Aída Rosales since the 70’s. Recently, they have turned into preserves some of the recipes that made their restaurant famous.
Their products are homely made basically using products from the Cantabric Sea. For instance, this mousse is prepared with hake from Lastres and spider crab.
It makes and exquisite canapé which can be prepared with sea crackers in olive oil available in our olives and snacks section.
