This paletilla is made with the front quarters (shoulder) of selected pure iberico pork raised in the fields and feed with acorns during the montanera period.
It is smaller that the jamón and its colour is slightly darker. The main qualities of this paletilla are its intense aroma and exceptional taste. A true pleasure to the senses.
