Description:
In the small Andalusia town of Jabugo, the firm Sánchez Romero de Carvajal has been producing for over a hundred years its acclaimed 5J jamones (ham).

The quality of this jamón is due both to the raw material –only 100% pure iberico porks raised outdoors and fed with acorns during the montanera period are used- and the care with which the best specimens are selected and cured.

Finally, only those jamones ibéricos that meet the Sánchez Romero Carvajal quality standards –slim calf, intense aroma, soft and yellowish fat, and juiciness and streaked meat- reach the market. Therefore, the excellence of this jamón ibérico de bellota is guaranteed.

The ham comes wrapped in a cloth cover, inside a cardboard box.
