Description:
This smooth emulsion of duck foie gras bloc can be enjoyed on its own or spread on toast. We recommend opening the tin and leaving the foie gras to rest for about 15 minutes before cutting it into thin slices. A sweet white wine or cava goes well with this foie gras. All in all, a real delicacy to share in the candlelight.
