Description:
This marmalade retains all the voluptuously and pleasant acidity of the redcurrant thanks to the care it has been made with.
The fruit and sugar are boiled in a slow heat until a concentrate of intense flavour is obtained. The end result is a natural and tasty marmalade due to the fact that the percentage of fruit content is highly superior. Furthermore, no colorants or pectin are added.
It makes and excellent breakfast treat spread on top of a toast or croissant. It also enhances the taste of foie gras or non matured cheeses and can be used to prepare a delicious cheese cake.
