Description:
Since 1840, the firm Simon Coll produces premium quality chocolates in the town of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, known as the capital of cava.
They were popularly branded as the ship’s chocolate in reference to the image appearing in one of the wrappings that has now been recovered by the company. It evokes the origin and transportation by ship of the basic ingredients used in the production process.
Nowadays, this milk chocolate is made with cocoa beans from Africa and America. Specifically, they come from Ghana where the cocoa has a stronger taste and from the indigenous communities of Ecuador that produce a more aromatic cocoa.
This is a gourmet chocolate of fine and slightly bitter taste that makes a delicious snack at any time.
