Description:
These organic biscuits are a new version of the traditional biscocho de barco (ship’s bread) that the sailors used to take with them during their transoceanic journeys. The double baking method stopped the humidity from penetrating the biscuit and therefore it did not go soft after a while.
They are ideal to prepare all kinds of canapés. Moreover, their delicious taste and crunchy texture make them an excellent accompaniment to be served with any meal, specially a cheeseboard.
