Description:
This selection of marmalades to go with cheeses comes in mini jars. The grape one enhances non aged cheeses, while the quince one is delicious with sheep’s cured cheese and the figs one with blue cheese such as Cabrales.
These marmalades are produced following 100% artisan procedures, using only fruit and sugar. The fruits is slowly boiled until a highly concentrated flavour is obtained (their fruit percentage is much higher than usual). Their colour and texture are achieved by natural means, without adding any colorant or pectin.
They are an imaginative complement to any cheese board or can also be used in the preparation of delicious dishes.
