Description:
This jam made with figs has been created specifically to go with foie gras and pâtés, although it also combines with cured cheeses.

To get this chutney, vinegar, cloves and paprika have been added to the fruit and the mixture has been left to cook at slow heat.

The end result is a jam of silky texture and bittersweet taste that contrasts with the gourmet products it goes with.
