Storage:
Keep refrigerated at a temperature of 0şC to 5şC. It is recommended to remove it from the bag 24 hours before consumption and keep it at room temperature to enhance its aroma and flavour.

Description:
Lomito is a star amongst the delicacies obtained from Iberian pork. It boasts all the qualities of shoulder and ham: succulence, delicious veins of fat and a full flavour.

It is made with paprika, salt, garlic and marjoram. It is prepared with meat from the acorn (bellota in Spanish) -fed Iberian pig.
