Ingredients:
Unpasteurized sheep´s milk, vegetable curd and salt
Storage:
Keep at a temperature of 4ºC to 7ºC. It is recommended to remove the cheese from the package and place it outside the fridge for a few hours so that it reaches room temperature (18º to 22ºC) before consumption

Description:
This torta is a real delicacy for those who love intense and creamy cheeses. So much so that it is considered as one of the best sheep’s cheeses in the world.

To produce it –only by artisan methods- the cheese makers of la Serena county use only non pasteurized milk from sheep’s of the merina breed, vegetal curd and salt.

This soft cheese has a pungent aroma, a mild and slightly bitter taste and creamy texture.

It may well be enjoyed as a starter or aperitif together with a fine cava that you can find in our shop. It can also be used in the preparation of succulent recipes as it has become increasingly popular in the kitchen over the last few years.
