Ingredients:
Pasteurized goat´s milk, rennet, cheese cultures and salt
Storage:
Keep at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC. It is recommended to remove the cheese from the package and place it outside the fridge for a while so that it reaches room temperature before consumption.

Winner of World Cheese Awards 2009, this cheese has conquered gourmets from all over the world thanks to its delicate nutty taste.

It is made with goats milk and it has been let to aged in humid environments. That’s why its rind acquires the characteristic mouldy exterior responsible for its peculiar but pleasant taste.

This cheese has been named after the beautiful Catalan county of Garrotxa.

It goes well with dry and fruity white wines.
